It's basically SH3 but with better graphics. Silent Hunter 5 + Wolves of Steel is by far the favourite of the bunch.
Graphics are quite outdated, and I had problems getting the game running on a modern system.
Silent Hunter 3 + mods is probably the most accurate simulation you can find (which also means really steep learning curve).
